#I'm staying at home but not on the couch

Let's go! There are no more excuses! If "I don't have time", "I don't have the material", "the gym is too far away", "I don't have the level to enter that class", "I don't know where to find someone to motivate me"... that's no longer valid!

Below you will see a selection of accounts/profiles, divided by level, so you can choose the one that suits you best. You know what's great? They all offer online classes, even live! We come out of this quarantine stronger ;) Come on, put on your sports clothes and... let's get down to business!  

Beginner level

You probably already know the benefits of exercise, but here are a few to remind you:

- Reducing the risk of chronic diseases

- Blood pressure regulation

- Slowing down of the ageing process

- Stabilisation of energy levels

- Improving mood and mental health (and much more on these much-needed days)

- Improved sleep quality  

Almost everyone knows about these benefits, but they still don't know how and/or where to start. That's why, if you have never done sport or if your daily activity was to go for a walk or bike ride at a leisurely pace, you can't miss these profiles! They will help you to stay active, but little by little, starting from a very basic level and, most importantly, from home ;)  

- ORUX (Youtube): this Youtube channel has a programme called "exercise adaptation for beginners" based on a 21-day plan. - Xuan Lan (Youtube): Want to get started with yoga? Xuan Lan teaches you! In this video, she will guide you through a simple and conscious practice that we are sure will be great for you these days. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WamU36hXiNw

- Ritmoz Fitness (Youtube): Let's have a dance, let's go for an easy one with Gabriel Tristan! This routine is perfect for keeping your body, health and mind in good shape and having fun too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vi8nCWhfCHk

- gymvirtual (Youtube+Instagram): on her Youtube channel, Patry Jordan has a specific section for beginners, with exercises for the whole body and also more specific exercises for weight loss, cardio, buttocks, legs and abdomen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9b9afJ-GnA  

Intermediate level

- David Balseiro (@david.f.balseiro Instagram): this Galician is doing online and live trainings on his Instagram account at 2 different times: at 12:00 h and at 19:00 h. If your level is intermediate, sign up for the 12:00 h class (the 19:00 h is more intense). If your level is intermediate, sign up for the 12 noon class (the 7pm class is more intense). - Paddy (@paddy.8 Instagram): with it, you will be able to do workouts total body and also divided by muscle or upper or lower body, always with a smile on your face! https://www.instagram.com/paddy.8/?hl=es

- Aida Artiles and Aitor Ojeda ( @aidaartiles and @thehealthdealer Instagram): On the one hand, with Aida you can do yoga classes and, with Aitor, a good workout. Pro level
