1. Background information
If you have come this far, you have decided to try Komvida. In this document you will find the conditions of purchase of our products through our online shop available at https://komvida-store.myshopify.com/ (hereinafter, the "Site").
The purpose of the Site is to offer and advertise the sale of Komvida. We want not only our products to be refreshing, but also our conditions of purchase, so you will see that we have tried to make this text as entertaining and useful as possible.
2. Who are we?
For our customers we are Komvida and that is how we will refer to our company in this document, but our lawyers have told us that we have to give all the details at this point. It is always advisable to listen to them, so let's get serious for a moment. The full name of our company is KOMVIDA KOMBUCHA, S.L., N.I.F. B-06713622, fiscal address in Fregenal de la Sierra (CP 06340), province of Badajoz, in the Frexnense industrial estate, plot 31. You already have all the technical details! Komvida is the result of a lot of enthusiasm, hard work and, above all, our desire to be able to offer the Spanish market a unique product in a simple way.
3.What can you buy in our shop?
Komvida is based on our fascination with an ancient product: kombucha. If you are on our website and you have come this far in your reading, you probably already know what kombucha is. If not, or if you want to know all the details, we recommend that, before reading on, you check out our frequently asked questions by clicking here. Are you already a kombucha expert? Well, imagine a rich and refreshing version produced in a sustainable way with organic products in Extremadura: that's Komvida. Now you just have to choose which one you want to take home to enjoy our renewed and refreshing version of kombucha. Or better yet, try all our flavors!
We offer Komvida in seven different flavors (at the moment): Greenvida (Original/Green Tea); Gingervida (Ginger and Lemon); Berryvida (Red Fruits); Apple, Cinnamon and Vanilla; Carrot and Turmeric; Kombujito (Mojito); and Piña Colada.
4. Our shipmentsAll our deliveries are cold to ensure that your Komvidas retain all their properties and flavor.
- Mainland Spain (all of Spain except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Our carrier is SEUR FRÍO, delivery is in 24-48 hours (working hours), from 8 to 14 from Tuesday to Saturday*.
* Estimated delivery date may be affected on public holidays.
Shipping costs are free if the order is over 43 € (if it is less, the cost is 4.95 €).
5. How to buy?
You have several options to make your purchase. You can place a one-time order or activate a Komvida Subscription. With this second option, you will automatically receive your order according to the chosen frequency.
To place a one-time order, you can do it directly from our website.
5.1 Place a one-off order from the website
To place a one-off order, choose the flavour and format you prefer. You will see that you can buy different packs depending on the flavours you prefer.
You will see that there are two buttons to select the pack: "Add to cart" and "Subscribe".
When you click on the "Add to cart" button, the product you have selected is added to your shopping cart. You can "Continue shopping" for other products or "View cart" to process the order with the pack you have chosen.
In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your order. Make sure you read it carefully to check that everything is correct. You must accept the terms and conditions of purchase on the website and decide whether or not you agree to receive the Komvida newsletter. Then click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase.
Next, you will need to complete the "Information" section with your delivery details. We will need an email address to keep you updated on the status of your order. You can check the "Keep up to date with news and offers" box to receive our newsletter. Otherwise, we will only send you transactional emails related to your order.
If you already have a customer account with Komvida, click on "Log in". This will make it much faster because your data will already be saved and linked to your account.
In this section, you can pay quickly using Shop Pay, Google Pay or PaylPal. You can also finalise your payment later in the "Payment" section.
To continue with your order, you will need to select the shipment and click "continue payment".
Payment method: You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card by selecting the "Credit card" option. You can also pay with your Paypal, DEAL or Bancontact account. All our payments are secure and encrypted.
You will be able to update your billing address if it is different from your shipping address.
You can select Save my information for faster payments.
Once you select "Pay now" your order will be processed and you will see a final screen summarising all the details. We will also send you an order confirmation email. In 24-48 hours you will have your order fresh at home, straight to your fridge.
5.2 Activate and process a Subscription order
If, when choosing one of the packs on our website, you select "Subscribe me" you will be initiating a Komvida Subscription with which automatic orders will be generated according to the chosen frequency. Once you click on the button, you can choose the frequency (15, 30 or 60 days) with which you would like to receive your order. You can continue subscribing to other products by selecting "Continue shopping" or "View cart" to finish processing your subscription.
In your shopping cart you will see a summary of the packs that will make up your subscription. Be sure to read it carefully to make sure everything is correct. You will have to accept the purchase conditions of the website and decide whether or not to accept the sending of the Komvida newsletter. Then click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase.
Next, you must fill in the "Customer and shipping information". Please note that this will be the address to which we will send your future scheduled subscription orders. You can change it before your order is generated from your subscription area or by contacting our customer service team.
When you go to the "Billing and payment" section, you can add your card to associate a payment method to your subscription. When your order is automatically generated, we will automatically charge your associated account.
Once the charge is successful, your first subscription order will be generated. We will send you an email to confirm that you have successfully activated your subscription and that the order has been generated. From that moment, in 24-48 hours you will have your order fresh at home, straight to your fridge.
You will be able to check your next subscription orders and make any changes from your customer area, by logging in, in the "My subscriptions" section. You can also ask for help to our customer service department from our different channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social networks or web chat).
5.4 What happens if I add a product to my cart and subscribe to a pack?
It could happen that in the same order you would like to activate a subscription and receive, together with that subscription order, another pack on a one-off basis exclusively in that delivery.
First you can choose the pack you want to subscribe to by clicking on "Subscribe". Choose how often (15, 30 or 60 days) you would like to receive your order regularly.
To add the pack you want to receive only in this order select "Continue shopping". Search for the pack in our online shop and select "Add to cart". Access your cart summary by selecting the "View cart" button.
In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your complete order. Please note that in this first order you will receive both packs. Make sure you read it carefully to check that everything is correct. You will have to accept the purchase conditions of the website and decide whether or not to accept the sending of the Komvida newsletter.. Then click on "Process order".
Next, you will need to complete the "Customer information and shipping" details. Please note that this will be the address to which we send your future scheduled subscription orders. You can change this before your order is generated from your subscription area or by contacting our customer service team.
When you go to the "Invoicing and payment" section, you can add your card to associate a payment method to your subscription. When your order is automatically generated, we will automatically charge your associated account.
Once the charge has been successfully completed, your first subscription order will be generated with the selected packs, as well as any one-off orders you have placed. We will send you an email to confirm that you have successfully activated your subscription and that the order has been generated. From that moment, in 24-48 hours you will have your order fresh at home, straight to your fridge.
In your next subscription orders, you will only receive the pack you have subscribed to. You can check your next subscription orders from your customer area. By logging in, in the "My subscriptions" section. You can also ask for help from our customer service department through our different channels (telephone, email, WhatsApp, social networks or web chat).
6. Can I cancel an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately, in general, it is not possible to cancel a confirmed order.
However, we at Komvida will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible, so please do not hesitate to write to us at email@example.com. However, due to the very short delivery times we have set, if the package has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Please keep this in mind!
Here we have to get a bit more technical and serious! According to the provisions of article 103, section d) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to "the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly". As we have said above, Komvida is a product that is delivered refrigerated, so the control of the cold chain and the correct preservation would be lost at the moment of delivery. It is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in this case.
8. What if I have an incident with my order?
It may happen that, unfortunately, at some point during the trip, there is an incident and the package does not arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order in a broken, wet or badly wrapped cardboard box, please do not accept the goods.
In the event that you do not receive the package or, once received, you realize that any product is deteriorated, damaged or broken, does not arrive refrigerated, is different from what you ordered, or arrives partially, please contact us as soon as possible by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at our phone 603 78 19 42 (Hours; 8:30-18:00 h from Monday to Friday) in order to manage what happened. In these cases, it is important that you keep both the package and the products and take photos of them to evaluate the possible damages (photos of the labeling, the outer packaging and the inside of the package).
9. How we look after our customers' data
