How should I store kombucha?
It is very important to keep your Komvidas in the fridge because, being a fermented and unpasteurised product, heat could reactivate the fermentation and alter the taste. For this reason, we recommend keeping them at a temperature of between 2ºC and 8ºC.
Does this mean that if it is not cold it could be bad for the body?
No, no, far from it! But it is a pity that, as good as Komvida is, its taste is altered.
So: it is always necessary to keep kombucha cold!
