When will I receive my order?

The delivery time for Komvida orders is 24-72 hours (working) from the time you place your order.

We currently work with two carriers:

SEUR FRÍO for orders from Spain and Portugal + some areas of Madrid
PAACK FRÍO only for orders from some areas of Madrid

As you can see, all our deliveries are cold to ensure that your Komvidas retain all their properties and flavor.
If your order is sent with SEUR COLD, it arrives in 24-48 hours (working hours), deliveries are from 8 to 14 from Tuesday to Saturday*.

If your order is shipped with PAACK cold, it arrives in 48-72 hours (working hours), deliveries are from Monday to Saturday*, and you can choose which time slot you prefer to receive your order:

Between 10:00 and 14:00
Between 14:00 and 18:00
Between 18:00 and 22:00
