At Komvida Kombucha, S.L. (hereinafter and for short we will refer to the company as "Komvida") we want to give you all the details about how we take care of the personal data that you provide us with in your relationship with us, whether as a mere user of our website https://komvida-store.myshopify.com/ or as a purchaser of our products. What will we process your data for?
By freely providing us with your personal data when you do any of the actions we have indicated above, either as a guest or as a subscriber, you accept that the personal data provided or to be provided in the future to Komvida, an entity with registered offices in Fregenal de la Sierra (Badajoz - C.P.: 06340), in the Frexnense industrial estate, plot 31, will be processed in its capacity as data controller for the following purposes:

Specifically, the data may be received by Shopify as an e-commerce platform service provider, which manages the processing of personal data through a company located in Canada, a country that has an adequacy decision from the European Commission and is therefore recognised as an eligible country.

How long will we keep your data?
For each processing operation for which you have given us your consent, we will retain the data for as long as is necessary to ensure the provision of the service and to comply with our legal obligations.
