Can I return a Komvida order?
Here we have to get a bit more technical and serious! According to the provisions of article 103, section d) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to "the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly". As we have said above, Komvida is a product that is delivered refrigerated, so the control of the cold chain and the correct preservation would be lost at the moment of delivery. It is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in this case.
