What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is an ancient drink that was already drunk by the samurai and is obtained thanks to the natural fermentation of tea and sugar carried out by a colony of bacteria and yeasts called Scoby. In the fermentation process, the Scoby eats almost all the sugar and produces bubbles that turn kombucha into a delicious refreshment.
Kombucha
Komvida is the kombucha we produce ourselves, Nuria and Bea, in our little town in Extremadura. Extremadura. From our factory, and with the help of the kombucha masters, we make it in an artisan way and following the following the millenary recipe, so it is really good kombucha. It is that is to say, without anything weird added ;)
Kombucha ingredients
We make Komvida with organic ingredients, a minimum amount of residual sugar, natural bubbles and a taste you'll love (it's soooo good...). of residual sugar, natural bubbles and a taste you'll love (it's soooo good...). Plus, we package it in glass to take care of our planet.
From the bottom of our hearts, we hope you enjoy Komvida very much. we promise to do our best to make sure that it continues to bring you so many good things!

This is how we make Komvida

We select the best organic, vegan, fresh and local ingredients.

The maestras kombucheras, women from our village, follow the millenary recipe and take care of all the details so that everything is perfect.

The magic begins: the fermentation process. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks, so don't rush! Kombucha needs time, love and dedication, and that's what we don't lack at Komvida.

Time to transfer the kombucha to the glass bottles. Once ready, we take them straight to the refrigerated truck so that they arrive at your home fresh and in less than 48 hours.
