What happens if I receive my order and one of the products is wrong or damaged?
In the event that, once you receive the package, you realize that any product is deteriorated, damaged or broken, does not arrive refrigerated, is different from what you ordered or arrives partially, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@komvida.com.
In these cases, it is important that you keep both the package and the products and take photos of them to evaluate the possible damages (photos of the labeling, the outer packaging and the inside of the package).
