With it, your packs will always be at the best price, and best of all, you will ALWAYS have free shipping on all your orders. Maximum flexibility to modify everything related to your subscription from your customer area. Cancel or cancel it whenever you want. 

How does the subscription work? Choose your favourite packs and the frequency with which you want to receive them: every 15, 30 or 60 days. Automatically, on the date you decide, your Komvida order will be generated and in 24-48 hours you will have them at home. This way you will never be without Komvida in your fridge.

Question Komvida How do I activate my subscription? +

You can click here and choose the packs and how often you want to receive them (15, 30 or 60 days) and you will see them added to your subscription summary. 

You can also activate your subscription by going to"SHOP" and clicking on the image of the product you want to subscribe to. You will see two options:"BUY ONCE" or"SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE". You should select the latter, choose the frequency (every 15, 30 or 60 days) and"ADD TO CART". You will be able to add more packs to your subscription by following the same process or placing an order. 

Your purchase summary will then appear. You will have to fill in the form with your personal details.

Address: We will send your Komvidas to this address every month or two months. You can always change it before your next subscription order is generated. 

Shipping: always free with your subscription order! And in less than 48 hours ;)

Billing and payment: You will need to enter a card so that when your subscription order is generated in the following months, it can be charged and shipped. If the billing address is different, you can change it. 

Select"PLACE MY ORDER" Your first subscription order will then be generated and your subscription will be activated. You will be able to modify your subscription up to 24 hours before the order is generated.

That's a lot! The best price whatever pack you subscribe to. Convenience, flexibility and free shipping on your subscription orders. You can also skip or bring forward your next order, change the pack you subscribe to and change the date your order is generated.

Also, as a subscriber, sometimes your orders come with a surprise.

Question Komvida When will my subscription order arrive? +

As soon as you activate your subscription, your first order will be generated. That will be the day when, every month or every other month, your order is generated.

24-48 hours after it is generated, you will have your Komvidas at home. 

Question Komvida Can I exchange my subscription pack for another pack? +

You can change your pack before your subscription order is generated. First log in to your user account (silhouette icon at the top right of the website). Select"MY SUBSCRIPTIONS". You will see all the packs you are subscribed to and you will be able to change it for any of our existing packs.

Write to us at hola@komvida.com explaining what changes you want to make and we will be happy to modify your subscription. 

Once modified, the changes will be displayed in your user account.

Question Komvida How can I change the renewal date of my subscription? +

You can change the day you want your subscription to be generated by writing to hola@komvida.com. Please note that your Komvidas will arrive 24-48 hours from that date.

Once we have made the change, you will be able to check it by accessing your user account (silhouette icon on the top right of the website), looking at"NEXT PAYMENT DATE" .

Question Komvida How can I bring my subscription forward or backward? +

Changing the renewal day. You can delay or bring forward the order as much as you want.

You can change the day you want your subscription to be generated by writing to hola@komvida.com. Please note that your Komvidas will arrive 24-48 hours from that date.

Question Komvida How is payment made? +

When you activate your subscription, you will need to enter a card. Payment will be made automatically when your subscription order is generated. 

Question Komvida What happens if I go on holiday? +

No problem! Follow the guidelines in the section "How can I change the renewal date of my subscription" and schedule your next order for the day that suits you best.

Question Komvida How can I cancel my subscription? +

No problem! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your user account (silhouette icon at the top right of the website). Select"MY SUBSCRIPTIONS". You will see all the packs you are subscribed to. Cancel your subscription to all the packs and you're done!

Of course, you can write to us at hola@komvida.com and we will take care of canceling it for you. 

Question Komvida What happens if my subscription order is not generated? +

Don't worry! It can happen for several reasons: a payment error, card without funds, a field of your subscription is not complete...
