Sí. Es muy importante que mantengas tus Komvidas en la nevera porque, al ser un producto fermentado y sin pasteurizar, el calor podría reactivar la fermentación y alterar su delicioso sabor 😱.
¿Quiere decir esto que si no está en frío podría ser mala para el organismo? No, no, ¡ni mucho menos! 🤗 Pero es una pena que, con lo buena que está Komvida, se altere su sabor.
Así que sí: siempre en la nevera ❄️💙
Nosotras nos encargamos de que no se rompa la cadena de frío en todo momento, por eso te la mandamos a casa en transporte refrigerado para que se conserve intacta.

En primer lugar disculpa la demora. En relación a tu pregunta, te contamos:
El azúcar es un ingrediente necesario para hacer kombucha. Pero, ¡ojo! No queda ahí la cosa. Te contamos:
La kombucha de verdad, como Komvida, se hace con agua, té verde ecológico, Scoby (simbiosis de bacterias y levaduras) y azúcar de caña ecológica ✨. En el proceso de fermentación que tiene lugar, el Scoby consume el té y el azúcar casi en su totalidad dando lugar a esta bebida tan deliciosa: la kombucha 😍.
De esta manera, el azúcar que queda en la kombucha, en el caso de Komvida, es un residuo mínimo que está en torno al 2-3 %. Es decir, se trata de un azúcar "residual" y no “añadida”, pues nunca añadimos azúcar después de la fermentación.
